Finances can be one of the biggest roots of stress, anxiety, and conflict. It doesn’t matter if you are wealthy, drowning in debt, or somewhere in between, your relationship with money is probably affecting other areas of your life.
While it’s not a requirement to incorporate financial wellness into your therapy, I’m always willing to go there with you if you want to.
